At World Wide Technology (WWT) we strive not only to master the art of software development but do it in a way that increases innovation, productivity, reliability and team health. One way we do that is with Pair Programming. Ben Pomerenke, Software Developer and long time practitioner, would like to share what he’s learned about the craft how it takes shape at WWT. Like all practices, pair programming will not solve all the difficulties that come with software development, but maybe after learning more, you may find that it does solve some.
