Please join us on June 22nd to explore some of the fundamental aspects of Internet Protocol (IP) addressing, specifically IPv6. We’ll then use that knowledge as a stepping stone to understand the implications of the impending move to IPv6 on security and business issues. Presented by Todd Christell, Manager of Network Architecture and Support for SpringNet.

Speaker Bio:
In 1999 Todd was hired by SpringNet, a division of City Utilities of Springfield, Missouri, to create a high speed data network utilizing their extensive fiber optic deployment. By January 2001 SpringNet started delivering Gigabit Internet connectivity to the Springfield business community. Todd is currently the Manager of Network Architecture and Support for SpringNet. He has been in the technical field for over 40 years, mostly in computer networking, but also spent three years as an independent software developer.
