FCC says 95,000 rural Missouri homes and businesses will soon get broadband internet
The Federal Communications Commission released the results of a $254 million auction Tuesday, part of an effort known as Connect America Fund II.
An FCC news release said that in Missouri, 95,130 rural homes and small businesses stand to “gain access to to high-speed internet service for the first time” over the coming decade.
